Catering for your needs
Several of our clients have requirements for occasional consultancy, administration and enhancement on systems within our core competencies. Often the level of service required is difficult to forecast. PlanNet21 offers open-ended draw-down contracts, to help cater for this uncertainty.
Clients purchase a set number of service days at an agreed rate. The client may then utilise those days at short notice, whenever a need arises. This arrangement gives clients the security of knowing that appropriately skilled personnel are available when required.

Available out of hours
Whenever possible, we arrange our engineering activities to avoid disrupting your day-to-day operations. To help achieve this, our engineers are available for out-of-hours operations.
